Shabbat is almost here!

Shabbat Menu
I am trying to keep it simple. I want everything (except the soup and cholent) to be able to go into the oven at the same time. (But the challot will be baked earlier in the day.)

Homemade Challot
(In case anyone was wondering, I don't do the shlissel challah thing. I have several issues with it, so I don't do it.)
Split Pea Soup/Vegetarian Cholent
Oven-fried Chicken
Roasted Potatoes
Steamed Butternut Squash
Rice (Baked, with roasted garlic)
Salad with whatever I have around
Chocolate Chip Squares

Seudah 3 - challah, peanut butter, jelly, hard boiled eggs, salad, and lemon quick bread. (I'm having the kids do the baking this week, actually!)

What are you making for Shabbat?
