  1. Hi Ester,
I was so excited by this post and introduction to IWOOT - but am SOOOO disappointed in their customer service! I ordered gifts for Chanukah and they shipped (dispatched) over a month ago - but have not arrived! Their customer service is horrible, to quote, "you'll just have to sit back and wait" was a message I received after the month ship time passed.
These are great deals, but in the future are not worth the headache :(
And it isn't a great deal if I spent money and didn't receive any products! I will be putting a claim through on PayPal.

    1. Sara, So sorry to hear. I wonder what's going on, as in the past people's orders have arrived really quickly. I think it might be a combination of holiday season and regular postal woes... I hope you get your stuff.
