I have all those shesek-loquat fruit on my tree and they must be harvested!
We can't possibly eat them all, so I think I will make a freezer jam recipe like this one.
Have you ever tried anything like this?
I just hope I actually have enough energy to do this. For some reason, right now, life feels overwhelming. I meant to bake bread yesterday, but when it came down to it, pulling out everything I needed was overwhelming.
Gotta get some energy back!
Hopefully my overabundace of shesek will inspire me to get moving!
