And now, I'm making guacamole! Some will go in the fridge to be used this week, and some will go in the freezer to be used... whenever!
It's so easy to make guacamole.
All you need is:
I threw it all together and pureed it in the food processor.
You can embellish your guacamole with all sorts of things, but for freezing, I find it's best to keep it simple, and embellish later.

It's perfectly fine after thawing, though not exactly the same as fresh. you may need to stir it, as some liquid may separate.Delete
I just took a chance and froze some guac that would have gone bad before I could use it up. So glad to see you recommend freezing here! Wasn't sure if it would be ok when I thawed it or not.ReplyDelete
