Free Activities for Pesach 5778 (2018)! (Part 1) (Mapa U'Matzah)

Everyone has been waiting for this! I am so happy to be able to start bringing you this year's list of FREE THINGS TO DO ON PESACH!

For Pesach 2018 / 5778 there are a few different initiatives to bring free culture and entertainment to the public. This is really great news! We all know how much the regular expenses of the holiday can stress us out, without even beginning to think about entertainment! I highly recommend you take advantage of the free offerings!

Here's the first set:

Mapa U'Matza Program -- These free sites are sponsored by the Council for the Conservation of Heritage Sites

On Chol Hamoed, April 3 and 4, 2018 (18-19 Nissan), twelve heritage sites will be open to the public, for free, and will offer various activities and presentations. More details below!

I have done my best to translate the information that appears online in Hebrew, and find websites in English for the museums whenever possible. I put significant energy and time into doing this, and I ask that when sharing the information I have written here, please do so by linking back to this page. Thank you in advance.

Participating FREE sites:

Chaim Shturman House, Kibbutz Ein Harud, 10 am - 2pm

Founders' Settlement in Rosh Pinah, 9 am - 4 pm
