I love free cookbooks, and this one looks like it's right up my alley. Cheap vegetarian food. Very easy to make this one kosher!

I just stumbled across another crock pot cookbook, free, of course, on Amazon

No idea what kind of recipes are in there - but it's vegetarian, so most of the recipes will work in a kosher kitchen! (I'm sure some won't be so healthy as written. But creative cooks SUBSTITUTE!)

Probably not suitable for Pesach if you don't eat kitniyot, but from what I understand, many people with celiac are allowed to eat kitniyot on Pesach, even if they are Ashkenazi. (I haven't looked through the whole thing. No promises it is Kosher. You may have to make some substitutions.)

Another Free e-cookbook!

This one probably isn't the most inventive of cookbooks, after all, it features a lasagna on its cover, and to be honest, lasagna was the very first vegetarian "real food" I learned to make... but I'm not a snob. I have nothing against lasagna. (I just like other foods better, unless that lasagna is made with cremini mushrooms, cream sauce, and some heavenly smoked cheese. Then I'm a sucker for lasagna...)

But I use cookbooks for inspiration NOT recipes. (Maybe a bit unconventional, but that's just the way I am)

Free vegetarian cookbook!

I love getting vegetarian cookbooks. First of all, I'm a former vegetarian, and I still eat almost like a vegetarian. Secondly, MOST vegetarian recipes are naturally kosher!! (of course, occasionally there is some obscure ingredient that is difficult to find with kosher certification, but usually, we are good to go!)

So, of course, when I noticed a free downloadable vegetarian cookbook on Amazon, I figured I will have to give it a try!
