My kids complained that lately I've been neglecting my duties and haven't been posting our weekly menu.
Something about teenage boys always wanting know what the next meal is going to be!
So here's the plan:
Sunday night: Vegetable soup, Brown Rice, Scrambled Eggs, Cucumbers and techina
Monday night: Embellished Shabbat leftovers
Tuesday night: Baked potatoes with various toppings, vegetable sticks with chumus, and Red Lentil Soup
Wednesday night: Homemade dinner rolls with spreads and Minestrone soup
Thursday night: Any leftovers from the week
Lunches - gosh knows what. I have no idea, but I'm sure we'll find something most days!!
