Time to get organized for the week!
Do you plan your weekday meals?
Here's what we're having for suppers this week (if I manage to stick to the plan) - lunches will be what's left from suppers or sandwiches:
Sunday: Split Pea Soup, Sloppy Sams served in Pitot, Steamed Kishuim (summer squash)
Monday: Embellished leftovers from Shabbat
Tuesday: Rice, Eggplant, Tomato and Cheese Casserole (I have a bunch of eggplant to use up - making a couple extra for the freezer), Salad, Steamed Kishuim (again)
Wednesday: Macaroni and Cheese, Steamed Broccoli, any other veggies we have to use up
Thursday: Whatever is left from the week, or if there's nothing, we'll make pizza, fries, and salad!
