Sometimes we all need to chill, and it's great to have some options for free entertainment!

Obviously, everyone knows about the myriad of free parks and places to explore around the country (don't worry, they're easy to find!), but sometimes I want to stay at home and chill and watch a movie.

But movies are not usually available for free! There are a lot of "free" steaming sites that are not actually free - they might only show a trailer, or they might give your computer a virus! 

So many of us pay for access to online content - it's the best way to get full access and avoid delays and viruses...

Thursday, November 22, 2018 is "Movie Day" - and you'll be able to see just about ANY movie currently playing in theaters for just 10 shekels per ticket (14 shekels for 3D movies)! (ALL shows, all times!)

Please keep in mind that movies get sold out quickly, so you'll want to buy your ticket in advance, if possible.

Israeli Movie Day - 17/10 - 10 shekel movies!

The 10 shekel movie deal is back, with Israeli Movie Day this week, on Wednesday, October 17, 2018!! Throughout the country, movie theaters will be screening "blue and white" Israeli movies, including some children's movies!

Please keep in mind that movies may get sold out quickly, so you'll want to buy your ticket in advance, if possible.

10 Shekel Movie Tickets are Back!

This Thursday (Oct 22, 2015), participating theaters will offer movie tickets for just 10 shekels, and 3-D movies will be 14 shekels (online purchase will be more, as there are additional fees for online ticket purchases). Price is for regular tickets only, VIP tickets are not included.

It's Coming!

Israeli Movie Day is almost here - this year it's on Wednesday, September 9th. 

Tickets for Israeli Movies will be just 10 shekels (if you buy online, expect to pay an additional 4 or so shekels in fees), and 57 movie theaters are participating.

Among the participating theater chains are: Cinema City, Yes Planet, Rav-Chen, Lev, Globus Max, and Cinematek. In addition, some independent movie theaters will participate, including: The Tel Aviv Museum, "Kolnoa Kochav" in Ramat HaSharon, "Kolnoa Eilat", Matnas Arad, Beit Gavriel, Hadera High School, The Jerusalem Theater, and more.

150,000 people are expected to take advantage of this deal.
