    Good post. I can't leave a comment there as I'm not logged in. Good idea though about the muffins. I also make kugels out of anything and everything.

      what's your favorite kugel?
      this week i made butternut squash kugel, and apple kugel, and the cousin i was visiting says she doesn't like usually like squash kugel, but she took the recipe before i left!

    Nice article! I've never yet eaten something you made that wasn't delicious! (I also made a butternut squash kugel this Shabbat.)
