HUGE Food Recall!

Shamir Salads announced a recall of the following chumus and techinah products, due to the presence of Salmonella in the techinah supplied to them by "Techinah Hanesich":

ALL Chumus marketed under the following labels:
Shufersal
Yesh
Shamir
Asli
Hamutag
Delicatessan
Slatei HaBayit
Yochanenof
Picnic
with expiration dates 1/9/2016 through 18/9/2016

ALL Techinah marketed under the following labels:
Shufersal
Yesh
Shamir
Asli
Hamutag
Delicatessan
Slatei HaBayit
Yochanenof
Picnic
with expiration dates 16/9/2016 through 3/10/2016

ALL Eggplant in Techina marketed under the following labels:
Shufersal
Yesh
Shamir
Asli
Hamutag
Delicatessan
Slatei HaBayit
Yochanenof
Picnic
with expiration dates 1/9/2016 through 18/9/2016


Consumers who have purchased these products SHOULD NOT eat them. Please call customer service at 03-906-7744 to arrange for your refund.

  1. I took one open and one unopened chumus container(s) back to SuperSol this (Thursday) evening. They gave me 15 s"h zikui towards my 17 s"h purchase price, no receipt requested.
